Col Richards’ Story
Founder Col Richards began his career the traditional way – on the tools. As an apprentice carpenter, he gained hands-on experience across every facet of the building trade, from modest residential builds to complex commercial developments and architect–designed luxury homes.
Col founded Col Richards Constructions in 2014 with one goal in mind: to deliver beautifully designed homes that are more than just a place to live.
